MAKING AN OFFER
Once we find the right home, I’ll assist you in crafting a competitive offer. I’ll negotiate on your behalf to secure the best possible terms for your purchase. You have to trust me with this one, I know the game!

CONTRACT & INSPECTIONS
After your offer is accepted, we’ll enter the contract phase. I’ll guide you through the due diligence process; also including inspections, appraisals, and any necessary paperwork.

CLOSING
As we approach the closing date, my team and I coordinate with all parties involved to ensure a smooth and timely transaction. I’ll be there to answer any questions and address any concerns
